📊 Judging Criteria
- Execution & Build Quality (30%) — how well it works and how well it's built
- Originality (25%) — how fresh and creative the idea is
- Value & Impact (20%) — whether it solves something meaningful
- User Experience (15%) — how intuitive and polished it feels
- Presentation Quality (10%) — how clearly you explain and demo your project
A few ground rules:
- All work must be original and built during the hackathon window
- Team members must be listed accurately at submission
- Projects must include an AI or tech component
- Be respectful — this is a community first, competition second
